It seems to me that if DCI has to account for EDGE as a purchase & amortize to the tune of $400,000/yr for 20 yrs, then DCI is suffering a sort of "penalty" relative to the the 99% of other "buying" companies able to utilize pooling. Maybe this is a good thing in that DCI will have a squeaky clean "financial sheet" before obtaining a full NAZ or AMEX listing. On the other hand, the DCI press release indicated the company only "assumes" the Edge accounting was the only matter viewed as a problem. Jeez, I hope it is the good scenario.......................V
