I believe the funds raised will be used to meet most of those obligations. THIS WAS OUTLINED IN THE PRESS RELEASE THEY PUT OUT
CONCERNING THIS MATTER. As concerns this matter of 220,000 shares
short; this is a trivial amount of stock and of no great concern.
One thing investors in this company might want to look at is the price
of lumber. This is a big part of their costs. I believe the futures
lumber prices are beginning to show weakness. This augurs well for the
future. Be patient.
