Dabloc - if this stock has been on the OTCBB since November 1998, why all the hubbub about it being phantom now? How can an issue be phantom if licensed brokers can trade it? No one has answered what phantom shares are; unless Dabloc your definition of just selling nothing is the answer. That is fraud and illegal, isn't it? Can someone explain how an issue can trade and not be legitimate? All this being spooked came off a thread where one person a Jon who claimed to be from Leeks and claimed to have spoken with a Chariman in Leeks - didn't someone post here that the decision maker was in Belgium? Notice that board was opened in November 98, and no one posted until May 5, 1999. Thanks for any answers, Jacalyn
