Profman,

scouser does not short stocks. I've known him for some time. I, however, do short stocks and am short this stock. Now, that being said to clear the air. Let's take a look at DBCC (now 16, btw), trading at 1600 times trailing earnings. Isn't that just a little high? Agreed DBCC has made a good deal of money for a lot of people and I hope that you did too. However, the street is beginning to take a real look at these internets and which are strong and those that are weak. PQT is one of the weak ones IMO. If they can't pay off a small debt of 6.7 million dollars with other than convertible shares then I would be worried about the balance sheet a bit.

As far as the IPO is concerned. It has not even been filed yet. So there is no quite period. If there was a quite period Porter would not have announced the "intent" to file within 30 days. That was on the 26th of April. "Intent" and filing are two completly different things. After seeing ZD Net IPO their only asset and watch their stock price fall, maybe Porter is re considering.

Want to address the Series A and B convertibles for me? Pico has the sweetest deal in the world here. Read the SEC filing. Yahoo has not made it available yet but you can get it free at stockdetective.com
