Somehow the information came out??????

From Mr RObinson again #998

My investors and I committed to the private placement last year not knowing that the Company had not disclosed to the shareholders that it had received notice from NASDAQ of the possible delisting of the stock. When this came to our attention, and certain members of the Board were still against disclosing this information to the shareholders, we had to back away - I was fearful that the Company was ripe for a lawsuit if they proceeded down the path of non-disclosure, and then somehow the information leaked out. Fortunately, after we pulled our commitment for the private placement, the Board listened to me and disclosed the problem of the possible delisting.

DRR

It seems to me that during this time the company was pondering a reverse split....but only as a last resort. They were working feverishly in Indonesia to sign the options on the 3 blocks, and had just signed a private placement with you and your supposed investors for 2.4 million. Their goal was to try one last effort to move the stock above a dollar with these 2 pieces of news and save the stockholders from the pain of a rollback. This is more effort than we are geting from current management.
I cannot believe you have the GALL TO SAY "AND THEN SOMEHOW THE INFORMATION LEAKED OUT"

Well Mr Robinson, let us examine how the information leaked out:

techstocks.com

To all it is one of Mr Robinsons self proclaimed cronies..post #966.Knights Bridge, who leaked the INSIDE INFORMATION about the company pondering the reverse split, thus killing any chance of the stock going up over a dollar on the news of the signing of the three blocks that Mr Robinson knew was to be released the following Tuesday. This LEAKING OF INFORMATION caused a panic among investors, thus assuring the ROLLBACK, which the Robinson group wanted all along. And you wonder why Mr Viggers had a problem with you? And you wonder why old time shareholders don't trust you?
VOTE NO....NO MORE ROLLBACKS.....
