Yes, the price of lumber will make a difference, but whatever PLT pays, their competitors will pay the same. Also, pallets are made from shorts (short lumber) which is cheaper than construction lumber. PLT's future, IMO, hinges mostly on how well they pull off this "Pallet Banking" system--news on this, or the expectation of news, will drive the stock price. Today I was able to reduce my average cost to 0.34, and I don't expect to sell this year. Either Pallet makes it big long-term, or goes titters by fall, again IMHO... |
