Great posts, Joan and Blue. Could it also be that, generally, the managers/brokers/whatever are afraid/too lazy for DD/think things have not changed? They want it the old way, a la the US after WWI. I think the BIG picture is the way the public/business gets the stuff and can interact with it, or am I way off base?
