Lets figure out the possibilities.

What would a 5% convert, which is out of the money sell for?
Maybe the big boys want to dump their bonds at a loss. (bad scenario)
Maybe Jerry knows the M2 is in trouble and wants to dump his shares. (bad scenario)
Jerry must have had some inkling what the Compaq announcement would do to share price. Why didn't he register and sell into the rally? Is it that his financial advisor has concluded the whole market will tank and he wants to get out?( another bad scenario)
The big boys know from prior experience that the stock will see 45 by May so they want to be prepared to sell to the public? (good scenario)
Is it possible Jerry is on the outside and looking in and just wants to move on. (good scenario for us)
Unfortunately the big G has told me nothing about this so I'm on my own.
BTW someone mentioned a 1 hr halt in CYRX today. My broker didn't see anything like that.
