Steve -

First of all, my whole hearted agreement as to what should happen to Mr. Caserta and Mr. Sculley's respective homes.

Perhaps I read the settlement papers in error but it was my impression that Spectrum will pay a penny on the dollar to anyone who got whip sawed because if Mr. Caserta's big mouth. I tossed it because (a) it only amounted to a couple of hundred dollars for what looked like too mean a piece of paperwork, and (b) I still have significant enough holding to at least in spirit not want to slow them down.

Obviously the market is mildly interested in part only because Spectrum is actually coming out of bankrupsy, but I'm not going to be too impressed by several hundred thousand shares being traded when the price is 0.15.

Regarding the inverse split, one would wonder about SEC rules that allow a company to continually issue shares as a source of revenue. Buyer beware, I suppose.
