I had to respond to this. Your memory is bad! You are just plain wrong about the "rebate thing" coming true.

Iomega stated that order of magnitude the rebates were closer to 50% than a 100% in the third quarter conference call. Your 70% was wild speculation based on that statment. It had no basis in reality. In the fourth quarter conference call Iomega's CFO specifically brought up 50% again.

If the "rebate thing" had come true as you and others were predicting back when, then Iomega would not have shown a 10 cents (before one time charges) growth Q4 over Q3. So don't give us this, "I was right" attitude.

Sure the stock price may be down since you made the statment, but that does not mean that your reasoning was correct. The stock price does not always reflect the companies value properly, as seen when it was at 55.
