Richard, The wow in the internet package is not that NPEC is going to
be an ISP, but that internet telephony is available with ISP as well.
With this packaged service NPEC will be able to compete with the majors on a level field. That they are franchizing geographically thier packge is a different way to go about and allows ANYONE with the $$$ to start their own telephone company.
Also I can imagine large corporations buying the package for their own
company purposes and nearly eliminating telecom costs.
