I have three Fidelity accounts and they do combine them for me to qualify me for the Spartan account commission rates. Been doing this for about a year and a half or so, I believe. I bet it's negotiable with them.

However, I have just opened a DLJ account just in case Fidelity has any major policy changes. I think their website is incredibly slow and not particularly oriented toward traders, and I don't like the way their Fox software times me out about every twenty minutes or so. I am, obviously, still looking for something better for trading, in addition to CyBerTrader, which I use strictly for daytrading.
