I think that this Chinese Embassy missile attack
could be the "Mei Lai" of the Balkan War. As I
understand it, China demanded and got an emergency
meeting of the UN Security Council. The meeting
is underway right now and if my guess is correct,
it will end with a vote to end the bombing. Most
of the 19 members were already opposed to a continue-
ation of the war. Clinton and Blair were trying
hard to avoid any meeting of the UNSC because they
knew this would happen.

Shit happens.
