Robert, I appreciate the pleasant tone of your rejoinder, but how much yardage do you expect to gain by ignoring the many scriptures I present and saying I'm blind? Suppose you spent 60 years preaching door-to-door as Jesus did, telling people they're blind liars -- what results would you expect? I'm accustomed to attacks, and take no offense. Yours is the error.
For, though I am free from all persons, I have made myself the slave to all, that I may gain the most persons. An so to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain Jews; to those under law I became as under law, that I might gain those under law. To those without law I became as without law, although I am not without law toward God but under law toward Christ, that I might gain those without law. To thew weak I became weak, that I might gain the weak. I have become all things to people of all sorts, that I might by all means save some. 1 Cor 9:119-23
It appears you have little experience following Jesus' footsteps, which lead to the doors of your neighbors, else you would be less apt to condemn. Now it's your turn to defend your faith. Please answer these questions:
1. Define the Trinity.
2. Explain how Jesus has a God.
3. Explain the New Heavens & New Earth. Isa 65:17, 66:22, 2 Pet 3:13, Rev 21:1-5.
4. Do all the saved go to heaven?
5. Do you preach house to house? Acts 5:42
6. Who are children and sinners that die in the New Earth? Isa 65:20?
7. Do you pay your preacher, and give him a title? [Reverend, etc?] Ps 111:9 Mt 10:8
8. How do you abstain from blood, as Acts 15: 28-9 commands? Does your violin have but one string: Jesus is God, Jesus is God? Robert, I'll not say you're deaf if you'll not from say I'm blind. I await your answers from scripture alone.
