Hi Ram and I do believe that I might be correct. Chris Thompson is also mentioned as chairman of Gold Fields in this news article (see second link) also under the symbol of GLDFY as was mentioned in my previous links:

“Gold Fields plans to accelerate its international exploration and acquisition program in a bid to gain more income from mines outside South Africa, said Chris Thompson, the company's chairman. ''The impact of that (transaction) should be to have us doing acquisitions and exploration deals (outside South Africa),'' said Thompson. This is ''something that Gold Fields has not done with any success in the past.''
quote.bloomberg.com

"Previously, Nicky Oppenheimer and Bobby Godsell, chairman and CEO, respectively, of AngloGold (AU:NYSE ADR) of South Africa, and Chris Thompson, chairman of Gold Fields (GLDFY:Nasdaq ADR) of South Africa, made separate but similar comments" (See link)

Let me know your thoughts in regards to this?

Thanks and regards,
