Insider selling: From 1/96 to 2/97: CUBE insiders: Sold: 740,669 Exercised: 991,564 ESS Insiders: Sold: 5,052,629 Exercised: 899,575 To exercise them didn't they have to pay money? In CUBEs case more shares were exercised by insiders than sold. Which if I read this right, means insiders are holding? Isn't that kind of like insider buying? BTW: 300k of those sold shares of CUBE are listed as sold by Bill O'Meara who hasn't been with the company for sometime.
