"Also, if there is a settlement there is no need for a trial. Therefore I find Mr. Reimer's remarks confusing." This reminds me of the recent situation with Qualcom. They (Q and Ericy) were in settlement talks before trial as well. We will see if these two (SNDK and Lexar) can come out with a win/win. I have been patiently waiting and watching the SNDK story just as I watched the Q story. It will be wildly great to see the story repeated with SNDK!!!
