T had paid too much , and once DSL comes to play, Cable will be out of the picture,
but at that time T is still far from getting its $62 B back from the Cable business.

T will probably have to sell ATHM to have this acquisition approved, I do not think the government will allow the pipe line operators , which controll more than 70% of
the oil pipe lines to be in the oil business, especially the pipe line operator is to shut one of the oil company out of the market .

Financially , T will be in trouble after this acquisition, I do not think T can get its money back with $30 of subscription fee per subscriber before all the technology
come to play, i.e DSL, optical fiber, satellite ...etc, which will make cable obsolete.
