wily, you consistently buy or sell a given security at the VWAP every morning, statistically, half of the time it will go with you the other half against you, by 3:00 PP you have a pretty good idea what is the price you are going to get and now the differential one way or another, and that is what the wunderkids are going to tune their computers to arb against, just another one of the computer buy or sell programs, based not on the market momentum, but a pretty good knowledge of the price differential. By the way, wily, that by itself has no negative connotations for ASTN, the opportunity for arbitrage situations might actually increase the volume. Zeev
