Veritas- you assume you know the details of the ISMH deal- there is a lot of talk about this one, some say it is just a management change and then the 50 mil will be tranfereed over to TT (and finance the 3 plants) . Others say after the mangement change the 50 mil will be given to TT ventures to spend as they see fit and all the assets ( the plants) of TT will be transfered over to tt ventures ( just a straight tranfer of assets) and any money given to TT will have to be paid back! remember we own some of TT ventures not all of it. It will be great for a co. to give us 50 mil - basically a loan for the 3 plants,- I hope this is the deal. Can you please find out- i certainly don't know! I hope we are not in the postion to stay with the devil we know and not deal with devil we don't know!
