An important thing to understand about investing to play the market, not the price. Maybe previously CY didn't have much volume or activity, but this thing is now on its way up. Have you looked into the company and who they are working with? When you have a company such as this with all the resources it has (and it has many) it does not matter that it is on the ASE now. What matters is where this company is going and what they are doing in their business. When looked at that way, you will find that this company is definitely worth the investment.
