I have had several online conversations in recent months with Bill Fleckenstein regarding go2net. Bill had enormously positive comments and knows what potential lies in gnet. I doubt very highly if he shorts his own biggest holding. As far as other internets, that's his business. And at times a wise decision.

I feel he would be a genuine asset to the board of directors - a bears opinion is needed for balance, just the way a shorter's trading keeps the stock priced based in reality - somewhat, that is, as far as internets are concerned. I never short stocks, but sometimes appreciate the fact that someone else doing it gives me the chance to enter at a fair level. They can't just go up forever and never rest.
I am also extremely bullish about the future of the internet, and don't care for most bears opinions - except for Bill Fleckenstein.

He will certainly get my vote for the board, if he is nominated.
