PDavid, I am sorry you read my posts as reveling in other misfortunes. The basic reason I have been posting on those companies that have employed floorless securities is to get at least some people to review their decisions rationally and recognize that dreams by themselves without the funds to execute typically have a low survival probability. There are always exceptions (another stock I have started to follow ASTN, might be such an exception, but I still have doubts).

In the last three years, I have received numerous "thank you" notes from people in similar situations at CTYS, RNTK, TTRIF, GATE to name just few of the 20 companies or so involved with floorless securities in which I tried to explain the consequences of such funding.

It gives me absolutely no joy nor pleasure to see people believing in a dream that is later rendered hollow due to poor financial underpinning, or worst, wonton robbing of company's coffers. I do not understand which one of my posts had even an inkling that I might revel in other's misfortune. I am very sorry you lost 1/3 of your investment on TSIG and hope you will recover it, but I know too many people (some of which lost hundreds of thousands dollars) on the TTRIF thread that have lost 95% of their investment keeping their faith in "management's dreams" that turned out to be nothing but padding their pockets on the back of the public shareholders. When I go through the share count of TSIG over the last three years, I see many parallels, these are disturbing and you should look at these yourself to assure yourself no one is taking you to the cleaner.
