Lloyd, Gary Weiss asked me about QLSI and about Waaco because Gayle told him about my SAC work. He wanted to talk to me by phone but I insisted we use email. I wanted everything in writing. He really wanted me to say words that would fit into his theme of "internet pump and dump", but all he could find was the initial spike which was caused by somebody gapping QLSI with pre-market orders. The fact that QLSI's price remained up and is climbing to this day didn't fit into the point he wanted to make which was the opposite of SAC work maintaining the price. I see QLSI closed up very nicely again today. Regards, Charles
