Brian Hook's high-performance rating is based purely on framerate (FPS). The ratings are fair if you actually ran the quake3 demos on these boards.

Also, I believe, in various forums, id has pointed out the problem with artifacts with 16bpp showing up when doing multi-texture. These artifacts are absent (or less obvious) in true color modes.

First off, why would he not rate V2 SLI as "High Performance?" Second, why does he indicate features of the video cards on this list?
