I read extensive excerpts of the book you mention, but I believe I never went through it all. And yes, it does finally devolve upon actual harm, or a substantial risk thereof. However, there are instances where the matter becomes more speculative and moral, and has to do with the upholding of values when not to do so would likely lead to mischief, which was the nature of my argument with Medroogies and Barb over prostitution...
