Thanks EPro. I'll check the board.
Here's what BLLS says:
Initially, billserv.com will process Express-News subscriber bills through CheckFree...
I'm not sure what "initially" means at this point.

Also in the same release:
Later this year, customers also can pay their bills through a variety of sites, including bills.com, a new EBPP portal that billserv.com is developing, enabling consumers to pay bills electronically for free.
CF charging money for doing EBPP. This is straight forward and I can understand it. BLLS will be doing EBPP for free to bring eyeballs to their site and then charge for eyeballs.
Who is paying for EBPP in BLLS' case? If BLLS developing all the stages of EBPP in-house, 15 years from now they will learn what it takes to get this business up and running. If they continue to use CF, TP, etc. , BLLS will have to pay bills. Will eyeballs bring enough money to afford it?

I'm not trying to badmouth BLLS. Just wanted to explain my doubts. One only thing that I'm pretty sure in. The day when they get NASDAQ listing, .com magic will work again.
Wish you best with your investment.
