I've called Marker several times. I have left messages with Honcho's voice mail. They don't return the calls! Quiet period I guess. The Investor Relations person I talked with gave me the impression that Marker would continue to operate from Salt Lake under the Marker name.
She also implied that the financing by Technica was just going through formalities. I wonder how much cash they are putting up to get the 85% share of the company.
