Monday May 10 is the day that the Ontario Securities Commission decides if the deal with Yorkton can go through and I guess the day that MCF gets the $20 million bucks. Everybody's impression is that once the deal is consummated - then Yorkton and buddies will allow MCF to trade without influence which in turn MCF should rise. The feeling is that the share price will rise between $20 and $30 (with or without Yorkton's help) at which point Yorkton may excercise their $10 warrants and sell out. During all this, Microforum has $20 million and may be on the aquisition path once again. It's going to be an interesting month. IMO, i believe its going to be a quiet and steady rise. The e-commerce business is expected to 10-fold within the next 3 years and that's what I'm banking my money on, not all this hype about what is going to happen next week.
