I don't blame the people of China. Our leaders sicken me..Our nation having elected this egomaniac as her leader is paying the price. It stretches the limits of my imagination how we can continually blame Milosevic(sp?) for our mistakes in this war. Where is our ability to shoulder our own blame? Clinton has already proven he is a master at passing the buck..any high official (especially the leader of the free world) who can honestly blame a starstruck 20 year old for an affair they had is a totally devoid of character..and that's the bottom line.
