Special shareholders meeting is set for June 7th so we should see this puppy trade shortly thereafter. Four times oversubscribed could present a problem for the opening trading though. The issue is for 15 million shares of which 4 million is going straight to the directors. Somehow I doubt that ther are a lot of riders or traders on this new issue. 33 million or so shares are going to the GET people so where are the sellers going to come from? If there is demand for 60 million shares (4 times new issue) and only 11 million for the public, at what price do the remaining 49 million lose interest? This could be vey explosive indeed and covering three markets it won't sort itself out for several days. Cugeo
