Good fund info , the sixth is ...Senor F. Markkula S Jobs' initial corporate mentor , original AAPL investor , former AAPL director , a former Intel Manager and a wealthy "hands on" investor . Link may be obsolete. It told of Jobs' meeting with Mr Markkula during G Amelio's removal to obtain his (Markkula's) BOD resignation: Ousting Markkula was one of the greatest moves Jobs has made in his return to Apple. He knew Markkula would be nothing but an impediment to Jobs in returning Apple to health. After all, we're talking about a guy (Markkula) who insisted on supporting Michael Spindler when everyone else knew it was time for him to go. All because he "liked him and thought he was a good guy."
