I thought I would post this here too on the private placement to answer your questions as well as those others keep asking Codee.

>So is InvestRight a PP of RDIM and if so can you confirm that the share price of PP were 46 cents...<

Actually InvestRight is a name I thought up for a group of investors led by Brenda Greer. Brenda Greer, President of InvestRight, was directly responsible for putting together the initial private placement that got RDIM off the ground. 2.4 million unrestricted shares were sold at 17.5 cents to our investment group. HouseHold Direct also sold additional shares at .46 cents at a later date. The interesting thing is that those who invested later at .46 cents actually recieved their certs before anyone else. If you run a search on this thread or listen to the conference call that was on the Small Cap Journal you will find that John Folger's did mention 10 cent shares but there were also 25 cent warrants and hence you have the 17.5 average purchase price. Unfortunately even this does not tell the whole story. After all this stock once traded at 9 cents. I believe shares were bought from everywhere below that price up to .46 to help fund the company's development. I know some people did buy .46 cent shares. I believe those shares could have hit the market real quick but how can we know for certain. Certainly some of the 2.4 million shares sold to our group could have as well but not until a later date.

In addition Brenda Greer and I, as well as others in the PP, bought shares on the open market all the way up to the .95 range. We are a long way from .95 now. Anyway does it matter in the long term picture? If HouseHold Direct can make the right moves from here on out then perhaps the stock will recover.

I never believed for a minute that RDIM would see a share price this low again. What is RDIM doing at .38? Maybe the share price is justified, and maybe it's not, but it's still up to the company itself to make the necessary moves to rectify the situation. There has been a lot more selling than buying of RDIM lately.

Have PP people been selling?

Probably some of them have but once again the PP I took part in was only for 2.4 million shares. Add up the number of shares traded in the last 2 months alone and see if you do not come to the same conclusion which I have reached.

Lots more shares have been traded than 2.4 million shares.

When does the selling stop and the buying begin? How many shares are there in the float? Maybe someone could call the transfer agent besides me? Here is the number:

Transfer Agent
Interwest Transfer Company
1981 Murray Holladay Road
Holladay, Utah 84117
Tel. (801) 272-9294

Let us know what you find out?

The most important thing is that HouseHold Direct needs to do the things that will make investors want to buy these shares at these wholesale prices. The business plan seems so simple, so sound. All RDIM needs to do is close these acquisitions and they should be actually profitable. If that happens then RDIM is selling at a tremendous discount in my estimation.

I hope you agree.

Thanks, Jeff
