The real question Mama B. is whether you really shorted at $18, or are you just saying that you did (to maximize your unrealized gain)? If you did short at $18, what price do you plan to cover? We are looking at $15, maybe higher next week. I am not anti-short, just be straight and up front as to your motives. You are a declared short, so your motives are clear (which is fine with me). Others are less forthright, though. Good luck to you whether you are still short or, have seen the light and have joined the longs! On a trading basis I think Anaxagoras called next week correctly, in deciding to cover. : )
