Thanks for the good update salva.

>>This concerns me a little too cause it 'may' have been the reason why e - route is late also. Do we have the right partner here? Hope so

As you stated above the lawyers are at it finalizing the deal. Patience, Emergis said they would be in full production for e-route in Jan 2000.

>>The CKFR thread really trashes Transpoint for its lateness and lack of ability to sign up billers . Is it a technology issue?

Why would CKFR thread do otherwise, why would they rout for Transpoint, they got their money on CKFR. Call it a competitive spirit! Also ,as for technology, do you know that billers couldnt pay thier bills for a week because of CKFR-I assume lawyers will be getting involved!.
This should ease your mind. Transpoint launches 30Apr99.

IMHO- lets take the worst possible senario-they fail completely in the e-bill sector, Emergis will still double their revenus without it, but if it does and it will, what will happen to earnings? The 150M 1999 revenue will approach 1B by end of 2000.
Transpoint will make it happen. Launched in Apr, banking institutions later this summer in the US.

One last comment, the way I look at it is for the year 1999, SE is Emergis competitor(bus to bus), next year CKFR(e-bill) will be added to the list.
