Has it and is this the same Dorian. Perhaps they changed business models. This is a California corporation and I have not found any complaints with the California Department of Corporations. If it is the same Dorian he certainly has the background to help run such a business. Busnesses are always getting sued for one reason or another.
The FTC, SEC etc are always making compaints against companies. Perhaps you don't think Microsoft is a good company as well.
