obviously you have no clue about DSL and their problems also. I live in an urban area and cannot get DSL from USWorst because I live just a few feet too far from the CO and it's going to be a while before they boost the CO. I also think that the thread is underestimating the pent up anger that exists among the RBOC customer base - as soon as there is an alternative, I believe many will jump. There are a number of class action suits against USWorst regarding current service tribulations. Over the years, I have been a customer of Ameritech, SBC and USWorst, and I don't think it is a lot better in the other in the other RBOCs.
