If the information in post #1747 has been widely circulated, then i'm surprised the stock hasn't moved up nicely. I've always assumed that the stock would take off if news of the land sale is announced. It was anybody's guess how long the land would be on the market before receiving an offer or if there would even be any interest. It seems to me that Fernandez is saying in point 8 of post #1747 that offers and counter-offers have already been made. In that case, i'd think the possibility of a deal being announced in the near future is very good. Am i reading too much into the post? I'm really stunned that no one else has commented on it.
