Franklin, Nice research. My main concern with this company is that with the current low stock price they won't be able to raise the money to complete the Biotrack acquisition. Also while you were reviewing the financials did you notice that the top 3 people in the company earn a combined $300K+ in salary, with the CEO alone earning $180K. This seems like a lot for such a small company with no revenues. It would have been more appropriate in my opinion if his compensation was much more heavily weighted to the stock price, ie. a smaller salary and more options say at $2. Despite the stock price plunging from $10 to 30 cents, he still receives $180K per year and so is probably not to unhappy. I guess all the above is irrelevant if the company delivers significant results in the next few months. Just my thoughts. Ram
