Inspector: CAOL seemingly has great potential. China is definitely at a crossroads. The Chinese government, however, remains the wild card in all this. For all the great DD that is going on, how can anyone determine with any certainty CAOL's relationship to the government? CAOL's strategy might add up on this side of the big rinse, but what is the true picture ground zero in China? For that, we only have CAOL's spin on things.

In the end, the question with CAOL as with most penny stocks seems to be: What is your tolerance for risk? With CAOL, I'm still trying to figure that one out. What about you? Think the price will drop to .60 anytime soon?
