I'd says that the drop is related to the networking industry in general, especially with the lastest news of 3Coms purchasing US Robotics. Many big networking stocks starting with CSCO, ASND, CSCC, BAY, T are taking hits. IMO, the networking industry is under a consolidation process. I own a big chunk of GDC as well and my average price is in the low 10. I will probably hold on to the stock for at least another quarter. There is a good chance that GDC will be picked up or be signed by the big firm. In the meantime, good luck to all of you.
