Zeev....it becomes apparent to me you do more than just follow around S-3 financing and "INFORM" as you state. I know there are many investors out there that get word of an S-3 and SHORT that stock to death in advance of conversion with the hope that the financier will do so as well to get their discount in advance. YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW EVER SHORT THIS STOCK ZEEV???? Save your heroism for another soul. You have stated your position. No need to incessantly do so. Your repetitiveness is a clear indication of alterior motives. Get a life.
