I was wondering if anyone could help me with two questions about my dell dimension xps r400 win98(july 98) 1. how can I get web pages to automatically open maximized instead of part of the screen? 2. am I guaranteed trouble trying to install a usb dazzle video capture peripheral? thanks for any input
