JBL, I wonder why television news organization haven't put the pieces of hypocrisy together with regard to the supporters of this war. Let's take Hillary and Bill for instance...

They both vehemently protested the war in Vietnam. And now are transfixed on involving American in Kosovo. What do you think the human toll of suffering and genocide was to the Vietnamese people by the communist rulers? I believe the forced rapes and killings would make Milosovic look like a two-big street fighter in comparison. I have seen a few reports that upwards of 300,000 people died at sea in the years following our departure from Vietnam. If memory serves me correct, people like the Clinton's were cheering victory then and spitting on our returning GI's.

Today, we have many area's of the world where death is occurring by dictators and yet we do nothing. Let's see if we can list a few...

Afghanistan: The Pakistan baced Taliban foces have massacred thousands of Hazaras, a Shi'a minority. Refugees number between 1 and 2 million.

Colombia: Paramilitary groups with support from Colombian armed forces, continue to commit attrocities.

The Congo: The Tutsi Army massacred thousands of Hutu refugees including women and children. Half a million Tutsis and Hutus were killed in Rwanda.

Guinea Bissau: Nearly 300,000 residents of the capital were forced to flee following the outbreak of fighting.

Iraq: 2,000 Turkish troops launched attacks against the Kurds, killing over 1,200 peope and displacing thousands.

Pakistan: The Sunni and Shi'a groups left 300 dead last May.

Rwanda: The Rwanda government has killed tens of thousands of unarmed citizens. Between 100,000 and 250,00 people are unaccounted for there.

Somalia: 300,000 are dead from civil war there.

Sri Lanka: Torture and aerial bombardment continue, as well as forced detention.

The Sudan: Over 100,000 Dinka's have fled in fear of government massacres. The Christian people of southern Sudan have suffered more war related deaths during the last 15 years than any single population in the world! An estimated 1.9 million people have died there. At least 4 million are internally displaced, huddled in refugee camps. Their farms have been looted, children slaughtered and woman raped and enslaved.

Tibet: Since China seized Tibet in 1949 an estimated 1.2 million people have been killed.

Turkey: The conflict between security forcesand the Kurdistan Warkers Party (PKK) have resulted in 35,00 deaths on mostly innocent civilians.

Uganda: The LRA army continues to brutalize it's civilians, destry property and abduct children in northern Uganda.....

So I ask the Clinton lovers of this war. Why aren't we going to these places and bombing the evil dictators?? And how in the world can someone so opposed to Vietnam be so gong-ho for Yugoslovia?

Is it just a coincidence that these places have a very low level of white citizenry??

And what does it tell us when people can support this war, and turn a blind eye to the far greater horrors perpetuated on people of color around the planet?
