Multiboot is what I use

Good argument Spots. I have no quams(?) with your logic here. I'm following your lead. The removable idea is not in the substitute catagory. Additional maybe.

I have the scsi drive cleaned up and switched the apps over to an installed from C: configuration . Eerything is running to my satisfaction and I'm ready to make the backup and install it as a dual boot on C:. Is there a way to do this via a PM clone? Or some other means to avoid having to physically reinstall everything? The only experience I've had with dual boot setups is the KOT one you walked me through. Fortunately I saved all that on the MAc and will review it now but any specific directions you may or maynot have time for now would be welcomed or completely understood if your too busy which I suspect might be the case. No problem if it is, my friend...
