INVESTOR ALERT: Be afraid, very afraid of OTCBB stocks: Non-reporting OTCBB stocks should be banned. Here's why: sec.gov ragingbull.com techstocks.com Remember, the only thing that matters with OTCBB stocks is the financing and only the insider's know what's going on until the company becomes fully reporting. By then the insiders have taken your money and feathered their nests. IMO, NO COMPANY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO TRADE SHARES UNTIL THEY FULLY DISCLOSE THEIR FINANCIAL STRUCTURE. This is the only way to protect all the new, inexperience internet investors in a world where the lottery mentality is so pervasive. It's your money folks, put it in the mattress, give it to your grandchildren or buy a bond - don't risk giving it to one of the many scam, swindle and fraud companies that comprise so much of the OTCBB market.
