HT,
Just found out that DRR has been privately trying to scare some of the stockholders into believing that they must lose 2/3rds of their stock to save the NASDAQ listing. Listen to me carefully ... by anyone doing what he says, it allows them to take their time, force the price down more where more stock can be bought at a cheap price again. Remember, we were told this same thing last year. They just want more and more stock in our opinion. However, if we vote no, it forces them to go ahead and brings in deals now to keep the NASDAQ listing. Now would you rather have 1/3rd of your stock go from $1.50 down to $.50 where some unknown person can buy more of our stock again...or would you rather have 3/3rds of your stock that forces them to go ahead and act in the near future? Doesn't take a genius to figure this one out. They are trying to scare all of us but it is bull. Make them make a deal now or get out. If they have got such good prospects, then they surely will find a way to save their precious listing. Remember that the small amount of money it would take to move this stock is very small compared to the profits from deals. They proved this when they ran it before how easily it could be done. Everybody hang tough and don't be duped by these greedy people.
keep the faith and VOTE NO TO THE ROLLBACK,
Cracker
