I agree with you on your views of SRAM companies. However, the
assumption that is made is that we will have an SRAM oversupply.
(that's why the stocks in the group have been hit so hard)

I think they are trading at extremely low PEs. I also think that
for at least this quarter and the next 2 quarters, they will be
extremely profitable. While many companies are making SRAM, the
demand is there and there really isn't any statistic that shows
any surplus of SRAM. I believe there will eventually be an
oversupply in SRAM. I never supported investing in SRAM--in
fact I have been strongly cautioning against it. I think the
message you responded to was my personal views of what to expect
for the short term (3-6 months). I think SRAM stocks will come
up a bit.

Also, as a fund manager you already know that stock prices are not
solely dependent on earnings and fundamentals. Look at Netscape.

The stock dipped as low as 116...but it seemed to do okay today..
gaining as much as 9 points.

My message that you responded to was just to inform those who
had bought ISSI at the mid and high 20s (and maybe even higher)
to look for an opportunity to sell in the mid 20s range...because
I believe it will recover to at least those levels.

The company isn't losing money (not yet...and not for a while).
