uncle,
Read my post to Richard Habib. INTC has said they will support SDRAM in Camino chipset, you do know this don't you? We initially were lead to believe that Camino would not support SDRAM, weren't we? Well it does now. Also, Samsung is the only DRAM manufacturer that has made it clear they are focusing on RDRAM production. The rest, IMO, seem to care less about it. They will produce if they have to, and won;t if they don't....
So my point is that things change and they could change for the better or worse. I guess, it is just a matter of opinion and "best guess" at the future. Some talking head said it best, IMO, when he said RMBS is the ultimate gamblers stock, they will win big or not win at all....
uncle, this is why I have been lurking. I am not adding any value to the thread. One may read a press release or article and deduce that the future looks very bright and another may see nothing very concrete at all..
It is just a matter of opinion, that's all.
