Re. ''Cisco isn't doing this without wanting to
eventually own the whole thing,'' shows how little
you know about the BBFW business. CSCO is a networking
equipment company, not a telco/ISP. Re. CSCO offering
equipment financing, CSCO is not a wireless equipment
vendor, so all the financing would give ARTT is some
networking gear and software. The wireless equipment would
have to come from somewhere else.

What most of the ARTT boosters such as yourself are missing
is that BBFW valuations are NOT based on spectrum holdings.
They are based on a combination of customer base and revenue,
equipment deployment, and spectrum holdings. ARTT is severely
lacking in the first 2 areas. Also, the closer we get to the
39Ghz spectrum auction, the lower ARTT's spectrum holdings should
be valued.

I wish you good luck, but if ARTT ever reaches a valuation
of $30 as you promise, shorting it would become an
attractive way of hedging a long WCII position.
